What should I prepare for the demo?
Nothing required. If you have a specific change in mind that you've been wanting to run across your org, bring it. We'll walk through how Tidra would handle that exact scenario instead of a generic example.
Will you need access to our code?
No. Demos run against sample repos that match your stack. We'll only ever access your code with explicit permission and only after a trial agreement is in place.
Who runs the demo?
One of our engineers, not a sales rep. They've used Tidra against real customer environments and can answer technical questions in detail.
Can I bring teammates?
Yes. We recommend bringing whoever would be involved in evaluating or running Tidra. Typically your platform or DevOps lead and one or two engineers from the team that would adopt it.
Will the demo be recorded?
Yes, we record every demo and share the recording with you afterward. Useful if you want to share it with teammates who couldn't attend live.
Do you do pricing in the demo?
Yes. We'll give you a real pricing range based on your repo count, initiative frequency, and integrations. No 'we'll send a quote next week' runaround.
What happens after the demo?
We send a follow-up with the recording, any links we mentioned, and a draft proposal if you'd like one. No follow-up cadence you didn't agree to.
